Vaughn was so very awesome and humble, very clear and understanding to my many stupid questions. He took the time to walk me through whatever it was the my wife and I needed and the fact that this is the owner of the company whos helping us and were not there to buy a new boat but a pre owned one. Vaughn served us as if we were stars on the red carpet. That went a long way for me. The lady in the back office Im sorry for not remembering her name but she was just as helpful and kind to us, very patient and kind, to the gentleman that took us out on the boat to show us how everything works, his attitude was awesome you could see and hear the love for what he does in how he communicated with us.
