I recently purchased a new 23 Sylvan Tri-Toon from Jerry Whittle boats and have been impressed that every interaction from purchasing the boat through parts and service has been nothing short of excellent. The team here is knowledgeable and dedicated to offering a customer-first approach. After the sale, I had a couple of issues, both of which were due to user error. However, in each case Mark the Service Manager quickly came to my location to lend assistance. His attitude was friendly, professional and supportive, and this is despite both issues having little (or nothing) to do with the dealership and were more related to my learning curve. He helped us out of a couple of jams with support that was outside the swim lane of a typical service manager -- and more in line with a personal concierge whose focus is to ensure the customer experience is always great. I would highly recommend Jerry Whittle Boats if you want to work with an ethical team that consistently shows through action that they have their customers best interest at heart.
